Expert now say that 4 ACH is a good start, above 6 is generally really good. (See @j_g_allen for a great drive to set standards)

That's the equivalent of replacing all the air in a room every 10 minutes with "fresh" (virus-free) air. But there is *a lot* of variation - from 2 to over 20 (!!) ACH.
