Congrats Franklin Wildcats.
CIF Sac Joaquin Section D1 champions.
Should be no lower than a four seed for NorCal playoffs. Valley Christian & Cardinal Newman still have to win tomorrow. De La Salle already in as a section champ.
Your 2023 Sac-Joaquin Section Champions in baseball are the Franklin Wildcats. They have defeated Whitney, 6-2, behind a complete-game by Nic Abraham and Nolan Stevens' bases-loaded double in the fourth. Congratulations to one of the great guys in EGUSD, coach Bryan Kilby.
Tonight, top-seeded Franklin goes for its first-ever @cifsjs baseball championship against Whitney. First pitch at 6 p.m. but before you come, get your tickets online!
The CIF has asked us to relay the following message for tonight’s baseball game.
-The game has the potential to sell out so buy your tickets in advance.
-There will be No in and out privileges. Dress warm and bring everything you need when you come in.
