❗️A to Z series wraps up today❗️ “Y” stands for “you” - all of you that support us year round, and at home. College sports would be nothing without the parents, families, and friends that encourage our athletes when coaches and teachers aren’t around. Thank you! #EHCWS 🙌🏼

❗️A to Z Continues❗️ W is for weight room. We put in a lot of hard work all year to stay strong. 2X a week during season, and 3X a week after the fall. Players also get programs through our TeamBuildr app over breaks. Can’t wait to see who gets up on that record board soon 👊🏼

❗️A to Z series continues❗️ V stands for our main dining hall, Van Dyke. More importantly: “Fried Chicken Wednesday." Stingers Cafe in Van Dyke provides students with freshly made fried chicken, mac and cheese, green beans, biscuits, and a good dessert! #EHCWS

❗️A to Z series continues❗️ U stands for uniforms! We got new home and away uniforms last season - the first time in at least a decade that "Emory & Henry" was visible across the chest. GK jersey's got an upgrade too 🤙🏼 #EHCWS

❗️A to Z series continues❗️ Today is the letter R which represents our “Rise and Grind” sessions. Every player knows Mon. and Tues. will be a 6-8 AM session. It’s amazing what you can get accomplished before breakfast. And you just can’t beat sunrises at Emory 🤙🏼 #EHCWS
