I've analysed the #NHSStaffSurvey responses of @nhs_staff disabled staff for 3 years The wealth of data you provide is extremely powerful when the Board see your experiences on paper and on graphs. Your views are a catalyst for change. I promise. Deadline is today @ELFTAbility.
Don't forgot to complete the staff survey if you aren't already. It really helps our data on disabled staff and knowing how to push for more network support for members @NHS_ELFT

For the record, I don’t give you permission to ask questions, as and when you have a misguided or ableist assumption about disability.
I ask you to ask yourself why you have come to that assumption and educate yourself.
You aren’t a child, your curiosity is not my concern.

#AccessToWork
In case this is useful info to anyone:
I put in an application to access to work on 7 July. DWP told me today that it will be another one to 2 months on the waiting list. So that’s about a 10-14 week wait.
