Interesting reporting by @canalrivertrust on how waterways keep cities cooler and enhance biodiversity! Our plans will contribute to this by naturally cleaning water for recirculation with reed-bed filtration and creating new wetlands habitats.

Thanks so much to everyone that participated in our creative community spaces co-design workshop at the weekend! It was amazing to listen to what people want from community spaces in the heritage buildings on site. Next the ideas will be shared with our inclusivity workshops.
A wonderful set of visualisations by Ivy of how we'll make organic waste useful in our community-owned park. Using an anaerobic digester we can turn waste into fertiliser for growing and biogas for heating and cooking.
