Last Tueday I had fun calling out numbers at a fundraising bingo night for Deaflympics TeamGB going to Tokyo in November. They get no funding, so our fun night gives a little more to help them on their way💜🇬🇧🏅

After a very busy last week #Lipspeaking online, in London & Ipswich I ended with a great personal challenge & achievement by completing the Nuclear Fit fitness challenge. This is 6 x 1 km runs with a strength challenge in between each 1km run. Important for body & mind #Proud ❤️ – at Braintree, East
