Going on an Erasmus+ or European Solidarity Corps (ESC) journey can bring a rollercoaster of emotions! We tried to imagine what Riley from #InsideOut might experience during her first adventure abroad.

ALT Joy: when you've finished your Erasmus+ and ESC and you feel invincible! Joy says, "Nothing can stop me now!". Léargas replies, "Well done!"
ALT Fear: when you've never travelled to a foreign country on your own before. Fear says, "Will I fit in?". Leargas replies, "Many people share this fear when moving to a new place, and you’ll likely meet others in the same situation. Consider joining Erasmus+ and ESC groups for support and friendship!"
ALT Anger: when your suitcase won't close because you bought too many souvenirs! Anger says, "I'm gonna jump on it!". Leargas replies, "Breathe in, breathe out. maybe sending a parcel home may do the trick!"
