Year 5 demonstrated their creativity during their art lesson. Inspired by the theme “I need space!” 🚀🌌 they explored drawing and expression with remarkable focus and imagination, while also developing skills in sketching and shading.

Every Friday, we hold our whole-school Achievement Assembly to celebrate success across all year groups. We recognise children for Gold Certificates, Star Writer, TTRS winners, Class Dojo winners, and the highest scoring pupil across the school. Well done to our fantastic pupils!

A mindful lunchtime that all children are welcome to attend . Our Lunchtime Clubs run every day from 12:30 - 1pm. Today’s session was filled with colouring and calming meditation. The perfect way to pause, reset, and recharge for the afternoon.

Great learning across school today! Y6 focused on rounding with decimals in maths, Y2 explored gratitude and how we show it in RE, and children in library sessions were diving into new books.

In science this week, Year 3 investigated how shadows change throughout the day. We used a torch and a cube to measure shadow lengths at different times of the day and recorded the data as evidence. We explored how the sun's position affects a shadow's size and direction.

Some of our artists have created botanical drawings this week. Using magnifying glasses, they studied the tiny details of real flowers before adding tone and form to their drawings. We love to see their creativity bloom!
