Bad news for Russia. Good news for Ukraine and Europe.
The European company Destinus has ramped up serial production of its "Ruta Block 1" cruise missile. According to the company, 1,750 units have been completed, with a monthly production rate approaching 300 units (as of late October 2026).
📍 Production: Primarily in the Netherlands (including proprietary T150 engines, airframes, and avionics). An expansion in collaboration with Rheinmetall in Unterlüß (Germany) is planned.
🇺🇦 Ukraine: Confirmed—the missiles are being supplied and are currently in service. President Zelenskyy confirmed their use in combat operations in 2025 (with ranges exceeding 250 km). The Netherlands is funding approximately 700 units. Debris has been reported in Russia.
🚀 Block 1 Specifications: Range >300 km, payload ~150 kg. Features low-altitude flight, terrain-following capabilities, and operates independently of GNSS.
Future variants: Block 2 (>700 km) and a planned Block 3 (up to 2,000 km).
European-scale production, free from Chinese components—with a monthly output now exceeding what Europe produced annually prior to 2022.

🛢️💥🔥A Ukrainian drone attack reportedly caused a fire at the Bashneft-Novoil oil refinery in Ufa, on October 31, 2026, according to ASTRA.
Bashneft-Novoil is part of Ufa’s major oil refining complex, operated by Rosneft subsidiary Bashneft. The three refineries in the complex have a combined annual processing capacity of approximately 23.5 million tonnes of crude oil.

– a courageous soldier in the 164th Radio Technical Brigade. Together we will be collecting for a3D printer, EcoFlow and laptop, SUV and urgent repairs for 2 vehicles.
Our goal is $10k. This unit was recently hit by orcish attacks. Equipment was destroyed and personnel were injured – they now turn to us to help them get back on their feet.

Today there was an important briefing on the results of our deep strikes in September and October. I am grateful to all our warriors for their precision and for consistently and effectively enforcing Ukraine's long-range sanctions. Every Russian strike on our cities and communities always gets our fully justified response. Russian facilities along a line stretching from Yamal to Western Siberia are now within range of our deep strikes, and we are working to ensure that our drones and missiles can reach even more distant parts of Russian territory.
We have set key priorities for the further use of Ukraine's long-range capabilities. Our deep-strike units will also be expanded, drawing on the capabilities of the Security Service of Ukraine, particularly its Alpha Special Operations Center, as well as our intelligence agencies and other components of Ukraine's Defense Forces.
