Fantastic workshop from Ann Rowan & @GEODES_Committe at the #SwissGeoscienceMeeting2023. My key take-homes for inclusive field work: creation of inclusive feedback culture & 'personal time' scheduled to balance the intensity.

Thrilled to start my 2nd postdoc at the Institute of Earth Sciences Uni Lausanne. Joining the inspiring @anungsamsu & DeTect group. The mission? Understand permeability during tectonic deformation & implications for geothermal & permeability in Switzerland #Geology #womeninSTEM
Thanks for an fantastic #VMS session and excellent poster @Ana_PM_Jesus. Wonderful to meet you, connect about the Semail ophiolite, and share about being the #mothersinSTEM journey.

At an excellent #goldtraceability workshop. They say traceability starts at mines. As a geologist, I ask how impacts of exploration & the value of responsible exploration can be traced to the shiny or 'tarnished' product! A eye-opener for many. What do you think?

Switzerland is known for alpine views but did you know it has 5 of the worlds largest gold refineries? Heading to the Gold Traceability workshop hosted by @unil to discover the multi-disciplinary solutions required to improve supply chain responsibility.
