A look at Mercedes’ Miami updates. Lower drag rear wing and beam wing to suit the track layout. The new rear wing is also lighter than the one used at the first four races. In addition, there are new front wing endplates (first photo is the new one, second is the old one)

Red Bull has front wing endplate updates: "Changes to the leading and top edges to be rearward and lower respectively" aimed at "reducing volume and weight".
Ferrari has a diffuser update: Adding "a packer (around car centre line)" to improve "rear downforce and stability".
Mercedes (via the FIA's "car presentation submissions" that are circulated with the media) confirms it has no car updates ahead of the Australian GP.
