I am explicitly against anything that risks head injuries. And I take the piss out of Steelers. So they invent the implication that I am OK with Steelers players being injured. And they wonder why I make jokes about them being thick as pigshit.
No mention of the Sparta Players boarding hit on Watling though🤷‍♀️

I’m going to stand by this, regardless of the howls of orange outrage. Impacts to the head cause permanent damage and ruin lives. That is beyond dispute. There is no sitting on the fence here. Even running the risk of causing a concussion is unacceptable.
I didn’t watch the Steelers match, but I’ve seen some clips and read some comments. Some of y’all need to accept that it isn’t the 1970s any more. It is no longer OK to concuss someone, maybe permanently injure them, for the chance of maybe getting a point in a game.

We are all supporters of a game. It is not reasonable that we should expect young people to risk permanent brain damage, or permanent injury of any kind, for our entertainment.

Take the microphone away from the bigoted fuckwit.
If you had the power to change one thing about the Steelers match night experience what would it be? Your favourite beer on draught? Food options? Music choices? Or alternatively you might think it’s perfect as it is!

“I’ve been married three times” she said. “How can you be a virgin if you’ve been married three times?” “My first husband was a soldier. He went to war after our wedding and was killed in action.” “My second husband was a racing driver and he was killed in a crash.”

“And my third husband worked for the Nottingham Panthers. He just sat on the side of the bed every night telling me how good it was going to be.”

A woman went to see her doctor and, as often happens when women see their doctors, she was asked if there was any chance she might be pregnant. “No,” she replied. “I’m a virgin.” The doctor was surprised by this. “But our records say that you’re married,” he replied.

I’m sorry, Corey, but this is not good enough. You’ve ironed the large panels of that shirt beautifully, but that collar? Unacceptable! Have you heard of collar stays?

Did you know that there is a special trophy for EIHL teams that beat Scandinavian teams? People who really know about hockey think it is more important than the Stanley Cup. It’s even more important than having the record for 50:50 sales. It’s that important.

Just got back from a road (and boat) trip to Belfast via Scotland, dropping my turncoat son off at uni, but I am so up for another road trip tomorrow. After everything Panthers have been through recently, it *really* matters that we make some noise and show them some love.
