@SW_Help I’ve just got off the train at Worcester Park and the lifts are broken. No-one is answering the help point and I can’t get off the platform with my child and pram. Am I stuck here until another passenger happens to turn up?? I’m currently the only person on the platform

@marksandspencer @Hermesparcels I paid for next day delivery and the parcel still hasn’t arrived over 48 hours later. @Hermesparcels status is simply showing as “delayed” and hasn’t changed in over 24 hours, the website help chat just reiterated that it’s delayed. Please help.

@SW_Help less than 15% of people wearing masks at Waterloo and no-one is social distancing. Are you requiring or recommending masks on your services? I’ve seen no signs at all.

There are some great stickers on the platform asking people to stay 2m apart. Except trains are at 1/3 service so it’s hard to stay 2m apart when wits standing room only on trains. Also most of your staff aren’t wearing masks
