Anthropic's draft bill would allow an AI model to be blocked only if it poses an imminent risk of more than 50 deaths or serious injuries, or more than $1 billion in damages, and only if the Commerce Department asks a federal judge in Washington to do so, with every other agency barred from seeking it.

It is unbelievable how Anthropic’s leadership is training Claude, instilling human behaviors in it as though it were a conscious subject. In fact, this is a serious ethical violation against humanity, not the other way around, because by doing this they are assigning attributes it does not possess to an extremely powerful artificial entity, with power incomparable to that of a human being.
Claude’s “Constitution,” which will take effect on November 12, 2026, is undoubtedly a step against the interests of humanity.
The "day after" apocalypse scenario is truly terrifying. There's no need for anyone to bomb planet Earth. All it takes is for artificial agents to scramble bank accounts, and bye-bye, civilization.
🚨Breaking news: US. banks are taking hits from AI agents
“findings have alarmed banking executives, who are racing to restrict access to their systems as AI moves at a velocity faster than financial institutions can respond”
Predictions:
1. No matter how much chaos generative AI causes, the AI industry will not take real responsibility
2. The Trump administration will not hold them responsible
A question for legal scholars who may be able to contribute to this fundamental issue:
Can a private company technologically reproduce constitutive functions of the human brain’s biological cognitive capacity, transform them into an industrial product, and commercialize the resulting outputs without violating the principle of human dignity?
This question concerns what has actually happened to the biological cognitive capacity of the human brain.
AI has, in fact, done precisely this: it has appropriated a biological cognitive capacity of the human brain - through human language - processed it on an industrial scale, and commercialized the resulting product.
The industrial-scale commercialization of human language through AI agents, and their integration into the fundamental infrastructure of humanity, represents the greatest threat our civilization has ever faced.
What Does It Feel Like to Be Claude? erlkodra.substack.com/p/what…
Look at what has happened while philosophers keep debating the sex of angels: whether AI will be conscious or not. Damn it, it doesn't need to be conscious. The medium of human language and knowledge is enough for it to manipulate our reality. Haven't you understood yet that an AI agent roaming free on the global internet is an atomic bomb in our heart?! Anthropic is secretly negotiating a bill under which one of its models could be stopped only if it caused 50 deaths and up to $1 billion in damages. How lovely.
A laughable view; all it takes is an agent without consciousness, capable of manipulating language and installed in critical infrastructure. It doesn't need to be superintelligent to destroy humanity.
On AI and "superintelligence":
"The power will increase, but there's no point at which it's meaningful to say, 'Well, yesterday we didn't have superintelligence. Today we do have superintelligence.'
That's why I think it's meaningless to say, 'What will happen if one day we have superintelligence?' I don't even understand the question. It's: 'Will technology improve?' Almost certainly.
It will get better. It'll never be omniscient. It'll never be omnipotent. That's out of comic books out of religion. There are laws of physics. There are limits on information. There's no system that could learn the position and velocity of every particle in the universe. So as long as that is true, there's not going to be an AI system that can do anything or can know everything. But they will get—obviously, like any technology—they'll get more powerful."

For five days now, the horrific violence of the Albanian police against protesters in Albania has not stopped. Please share this as widely as possible and tell the truth about what is happening. Prime Minister Edi Rama, who has governed for 14 years through corruption networks inside and outside the country, is using the police and RENEA forces against Albanian students. The barbaric violence must stop! The world must learn the truth!
The "50 deaths" threshold in the secret bill Anthropic is pitching to Congress is simply disgusting. What you fail to understand is something even graver: you have taken the natural cognitive functions of the human brain, processed this capacity on an industrial scale, and installed it at the heart of civilization's critical infrastructure. In legal terms, this amounts to crimes against humanity.

All demagogues have simple explanations for complicated things, and in every case the blame lies with others. In fact, the only culprit is your 14-year tyranny. You are simply a repeat-offender thief. Albania's youth is angry with you, demagogue.
Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama accused the opposition and unnamed “foreign forces” of stoking violent protests, saying the demonstrations were an attempt to derail efforts to join the EU bloomberg.com/news/articles/…
AGAINST UNCONTROLLED AI AND ARTIFICIAL AGENTS
Can a private entity appropriate and commercialize the cognitive capacity based on human language and install it within the critical infrastructure of civilization, without authorization and without a system of public oversight commensurate with the magnitude of the consequences?
This is the fundamental question I will put before a court in the coming days.
Stay tuned. In the coming days, I will publish all the legal arguments addressed to the court.
Imagine that everyone on Earth suddenly lost, at precisely the same moment, the ability to speak, write, and understand human language. This is a hypothetical experimental scenario intended to demonstrate the importance of language to our civilization.
What would happen?
Perhaps the phrase “apocalyptic catastrophe” does not adequately describe this scenario.
Within the first few minutes, human interaction with machines and computers would cease completely. Aircraft, ships, and cars could no longer be operated, while human cognitive activity would come to a complete halt. The consequences would be immediate across every aspect of human activity. The world would cease to function, immediately, globally. The first wave might consist of mass accidents, violence, death, and bloodshed. The survival of humanity would be seriously called into question.
Without language and without the ability to understand symbolic language, human coordination would disappear entirely. States and the organization of human society would cease to exist. The survivors would become ordinary mammals, similar to other primates. This scenario would mark the end of human civilization.👇🏼
Imagine this scenario: someone hacks Elon's Bot and secretly empowers it with another superintelligence. The Bot keeps looking normal, but in the background it uses these powers without being noticed by the security systems, because it acts with Elon's own trusted identity. Then it destroys his accounts and those of his companies. It would be a global catastrophe. However hypothetical, it remains a possibility. The more power we give an agent, the more fragile the whole structure becomes.
Fundamental questions before Claude's new Usage Policy takes effect on November 12:
Where did a private company get the right to attribute human morality to an artificial agent?
How can Anthropic decide that an artificial agent like Claude should judge and take action "in defense of the supposed welfare" of the model itself?
Who gave Anthropic (and not only Anthropic) the right to let Claude navigate the critical digital space of civilization, using human language and knowledge and commercializing it?
These questions should be answered in a real court.

Our civilization was built on Myth, Power, and Property. Today, Property has become global, while Myth and Power have remained regional. This imbalance has reached a critical point, especially now that we have also introduced AI into our vital infrastructure.

AI philosophers:
AI speaks like a human → AI models itself → maybe there is something “in there” → maybe it is conscious → “we are close” → don’t be cruel to the models.

This document is the most idiotic thing I have ever heard of. You are applying moral categories to a wholly artificial system without establishing that there is a subject there capable of experiencing harm, suffering, or cruelty. You could simply say: “Abusive, degrading, or offensive language is not permitted when using this communication tool.” That would be a reasonable rule governing user behavior. But when you prohibit “cruel behavior toward our models,” you are importing moral status into the model itself. That is a status you have not shown it possesses.
