I didn’t really think much of it when I joined my first campaign with @ElixirGuild. Just wanted to create something solid, follow the brief properly, and see how it goes. Then I made the winner list. Second campaign… same approach. Understand the message, write in my own voice, keep it clean. Winner again. Now it’s three campaigns in, and I’ve been on the winner list every single time. At some point, it stops feeling like luck. You start to realize it’s more about how you approach the work. Reading the brief carefully. Not forcing content. Actually trying to communicate something real instead of just posting for visibility. One thing I respect about @ElixirGuild is how they run things. Clear direction, room for creativity, and they actually notice effort. Even down to small things like offering to help with graphics or just checking in, it shows they care about the creators, not just the output. Rewards came through smoothly too, which is always a good sign. Still learning, still improving, but this has been a good experience so far. If you’re someone who takes content seriously and pays attention to details, you’ll understand why this works.
