ARTS & CRAFTS This afternoon we set too and started to make some of our Christmas cards for HICA’S Christmas card competition. There were some great designs so we are excited to see how we do @TheHICAGroup #hicaactivities

MUSIC THERAPY Every person has a story, and music can help bring those special moments to life. Our residents enjoyed a lovely music therapy session, sharing smiles, singing along and connecting with familiar tunes #hicaactivities

1960’S REMINISCENCE This morning we have enjoyed all things 1960’s. We watched some tv clips, tried chocolate bars from the 60’s and chatted about our first cars and nights out #hicaactivities

BINGO AFTERNOON We couldn’t think of a better way to spend our Sunday afternoon then having a game of bingo with friends on our willow community #hicaactivities

HARVEST FESTIVAL We were thrilled to receive some lovely biscuits from Westside Day Nursery for Harvest Festival. Residents got to spend some time too chatting with the children and they coloured in some pictures for our residents to keep @westsidehull #hicaactivities

HULL FAIR COMES TO ELM TREE COURT This afternoon we all enjoyed a trip down memory lane when hull fair came to Elm Tree Court. We had hook a duck, coconut shy, a fortune teller and lots of delicious treats #hicaactvities

GARDEN CENTRE TRIP Today we headed out to the Sandhill garden centre to look at the colourful displays of autumn. We also enjoyed a bite to eat in the cafe #hicaactivities

HULL FAIR TRIP Some of us enjoyed going to the fair yesterday afternoon. It was a lovely afternoon to walk down Walton street and take in all the sights, smells and fun of the fair. #hicaactivities

KNIT AND NATTER This morning we enjoyed knitting and reminiscing about all the things we have made and had tea and cake #hiccaactivities

READ & CHAT We enjoyed another great afternoon with Paul @hull_libraries talking about Hull Fair and all the wonderful memories it brings back to us all #hicaactivities

AUTUMN CRAFTS Today we enjoyed spending time in our coffee shop colouring in some Autumn themed pictures to create a display ready for the season #hicaactivities

MARITIME MUSEUM We had a great morning at the maritime museum and loved seeing how the museum has been modernised and has even more amazing things to see @Hull_Museums #hicaactivities

WELLBEING Today we have spent the day in the gardens and lounges planting new Autumnal baskets for everyone to enjoy. This created conversations about the new season and what it will bring #hicaactivities

THE DEEP 🐠 We enjoyed a look around The Deep yesterday, some of us had never been before and we thought it was fintastic #hicaactivities

THE PURPLE PIG COMPANY 🐖 We had a wonderful time feeding, stroking and getting to know the animals yesterday. Becka even gave goat yoga a try! 🧘‍♀️🐐 A big thank you to Rachel for a fantastic afternoon! 💕 #hicaactivities

HULL DANCE Our ladies were excited to get back to the dance studio yesterday @HullDance They did some great moves and were thrilled to be back doing what they love the most #hicaactivities
