I am deeply saddened by the passing of Professor Gregory Ikechukwu Ibe, founder and proprietor of Gregory University, Uturu.
He devoted his life to education and human development, leaving a lasting legacy of service and investment in the future of generations.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of Pa Reuben Fasoranti, the revered Afenifere leader and elder statesman, at the age of 100.
Baba lived a life defined by courage, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to democracy, justice, and a better Nigeria. His passing is a great loss to his family, the Yoruba nation, and our country.

Respectfully, I don’t think you have the slightest idea of what these people are capable of.
I was stopped in Moniya earlier this year. They told me to come down from the bus, which I did.
They searched my entire bag and found nothing. They then resorted to asking for my phone. I gave it to them, and they searched it and still found nothing.
Instead of letting me go, they told the bus driver to move on without me. They then told me I should provide the receipt for my laptop, which was a 6year old laptop.
I offered to show them a picture, but they refused.
I was taken to the station, and these guys were requesting ₦800k just for the receipt of a laptop my brother bought for 90k years ago.
Initially, I stood my ground because I knew they were wrong, until they told me I would remain in the cell indefinitely. I thought they were joking until…
They left me there from 3pm to 6pm my phone was buzzing of calls and these animals wouldn’t give it to me.
I was supposed to send my mom her hospital bill, and they didn’t even give me my phone to attend to her.
Eventually, I saw the DPO come in, thinking, “Finally, someone reasonable.” I was wrong like mad. She was worse than her officers. 😂
This woman was the devil incarnate!!!
Until I decided to settle them. Lol.

I'll give you people some of this story.
In June, I offloaded 4 containers on the same day.
This led to a space problem.
I reached out to my business partner who suggested we give some cars taking up space to a dealer in Lekki to market. It'll solve some of he space problem and walk in customers might see and buy the cars.
I gave a dealer 4 cars.
2 out of those cars have grown legs and ran away since then.
No car, no money.
I will write a full report on the lessons I have learnt from this chapter in my life as an entrepreneur on another date.
So many twists and turns.
But I want this case to be over and settled first.
Because how it's settled will inform how the story is retold.

The continued intimidation and harassment of my supporters across the country, the latest being the case of Rilwan Olawale, is disturbing and unacceptable.
President Bola Tinubu has remained a huge beneficiary of our democracy and should not brazenly be destroying it by encouraging and facilitating violence.
Our campaign is peaceful and issue-driven, focused on offering Nigerians a credible alternative built on competence, accountability, justice, and compassion.
We have chosen the path of peace, not violence; persuasion, not intimidation. However, nobody should mistake our civility for weakness, our restraint for fear, or our commitment to peace for an absence of resolve. We will not be intimidated into silence, nor will we abandon Nigerians who believe in a New Nigeria that is possible and will be OK.
I therefore demand transparency regarding Rilwan Olawale’s arrest, his release, respect for his rights, and an end to politically motivated harassment. No government or political party has the right to deny Nigerians the freedom to support a candidate of their choice.
We will remain peaceful but resolute. We will not resort to violence, but we will stand firmly and lawfully against every attempt to undermine our democratic rights.

NAFDAC’s Investigation & Enforcement Directorate has uncovered a residential building at 322B Meiran Road, Agbado Oke Odo, Lagos, where empty bottles of assorted alcoholic beverages were stored for suspected use in counterfeiting popular brands.
Over 100 sacks of empty bottles were discovered and destroyed to prevent their reuse in the production of counterfeit alcoholic drinks.
