Lawlor c https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jth.2024.101860 Highlights • A systematic review of 78 studies of interventions to increase active travel. • It included any intervention aimed at increasing cycling, walking or wheeling. • Multi-component interventions had greatest impact on active travel. • Social/behavioural interventions generally had little impact on their own. • E-bikes increased cycling more than pedal bicycle schemes.
