He’s not getting free rent in your head anymore. Most women make the same mistake after a man wastes their time. They try to make him pay. The 2am text. The post they know he’ll see. The “accidental” run-in. Every one of those moves costs you more time. Let’s do the math. 1 hour a day thinking about him = 365 hours a year. That’s 15 full days. Gone. He got 3 years while you were together. Now he’s getting 2 weeks a year from you after he left. And he’s not even asking for them. You’re not getting over him. You’re paying his bills. So I wrote the book I wish someone had handed me: How to Make a Man Who Wasted Your Time, Pay for Wasting Your Time. The title is petty on purpose. What’s inside isn’t. No slashed tires. No ruined reputations. No screenshots to his new girlfriend. You’ll learn something worth more than revenge(Check out the table of content below). Plus the 30-Day Payback Plan, one move a day, so you stop reading about your comeback and start living it. Payback that needs him to cooperate will never come. He may never apologize. He may never regret it. He may never even get it. Payback that only needs you can start today. You don’t need more time. You need a plan for the time you have left. Get the book here stan.store/emotionscity/p/ho… That’s less than one dinner you paid for while he “got his life together.”

WE’LL PAY YOU $25 FOR EVERY TEENAGER YOU REFER. Yes, every single one. We’re inviting parents, educators, churches, schools, communities, and youth-focused organizations to partner with us in raising emotionally intelligent teenagers. Here’s the deal. Refer a teenager to our Emotional Intelligence Mentoring Academy, and you earn 10% of their registration fee. Our registration fee is $249. That means you earn $24.90 for every teenager who registers through your referral. Here’s what that looks like: Refer 5 teenagers. Earn $124.50. Refer 10 teenagers. Earn $249. Refer 20 teenagers. Earn $498. Refer 50 teenagers. Earn $1,245. No need to teach the course. No need to manage the teenagers. Simply connect them to us. Send them the registration link. Once they register, share their names with us so we can track your referrals and pay your commission. But the opportunity goes beyond the money. Every teenager you refer gets an opportunity to develop the emotional intelligence skills that can help them navigate anger, peer pressure, rejection, friendships, conflict, and difficult decisions. You earn. A teenager learns. A family benefits. That is a partnership worth building. AND THERE’S MORE. Do you have access to a community of parents raising teenagers? We will speak at your webinar for FREE for two hours if you bring together at least 100 parents of teenagers. Not a webinar for everybody. Specifically, 100 parents of teenagers who want practical insights into helping their children grow emotionally, socially, and relationally. Gather the parents. Invite us to speak. Let’s equip them with tools they can actually use at home. TWO WAYS TO PARTNER WITH US: Earn referral commissions: Introduce teenagers to our Emotional Intelligence Mentoring Academy. Host a free parent webinar: Bring together at least 100 parents of teenagers, and we’ll deliver a two-hour session at no speaking fee. We believe emotional intelligence should not be a privilege reserved for a few teenagers. More young people need access to these skills, and more parents need the tools to guide them. You can help make that happen. Partner with us. Earn from your referrals. Help us raise a generation of emotionally intelligent teenagers. Here is the payment link stan.store/emotionscity Let’s make emotional intelligence everybody’s business.

I walk on the treadmill for an hour daily. Incline is 15. Speed is between 2 & 3. Sometimes I walk backwards on it for about 20 minutes. I found walking backwards efficient too. I haven't studied how it helps the quads and all. But I like the idea of alternating between walking forward & backward.

I just remembered a random message I received from a married man who blamed me for his divorce a couple of years ago. According to him, he has always cheated on his wife and she forgave him. But when she started following me on Instagram "Her self-esteem increased". He also said that my posts taught her that "You can forgive, and not reconcile". His message ended with "I am a provider and providers should be allowed to cheat". I smiled and said a prayer for him & his wife. When you refuse to invest in emotional intelligence, you will blame everyone but yourself.

So when it comes to pass - why are you shocked? You start dating someone with hatred as the starting point - someone you won't allow to succeed. And set your ambitions at - someone I won't trust to put my property under. Then get shocked that you got exactly that?

I will never subscribe to anything that requires suffering. Not spiritually, financially, emotionally, physically, or mentally. Once the gospel of suffering is upon you, I will honor you with the gift of distance. You must be insane to expect me to use up the one life I have in suffering.

This is what Dr Umar was talking about. Black men don't give black women grace. It doesn't matter how many cocks a white woman has taken, black men will always give her grace. But black women are called hoes and damned for sexual liberation. Two women behaving the same way but receiving different treatment from black men.

Me fully rested, after being cracked. Now that I have your attention, I just want to remind you to that "YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH". Don't let anyone whisper insecurities into your ears, or make you feel like you are beneath them. No one on earth stands tall enough to look down on anyone. We are all mere mortals. The first line isn't true.

801 teenagers in 20 countries just learned something most adults never do: How to feel angry without exploding, hurt without shutting down, and pressured without caving. They can name what they feel. Choose how they respond. And walk away from the wrong crowd, even when no one’s watching. That’s not luck. It’s a skill. And it can be taught. Your teenager can learn it too because you can’t follow your teenager everywhere. Their emotional intelligence can. Tap to enrol before we are sold out. stan.store/emotionscity/emot…

He will be the one to be cancelled.
The solo trip discourse reminds me of a guy who asked me to be his girlfriend back in February. I already had a trip planned for June, long before he came into the picture, and I even invited him along. He said he couldn’t make it and suggested I cancel the trip instead.

Give to Ceaser, what is Ceaser. If Ceaser doesn't hold what is in his hands well, I will collect it.

When I was younger, I used to walk down the aisle to dance near the drummer during praise, and worship. Everyone knew me at that Baptist church and just left me to dance in my Father's house. Ironically, I still do the same as a back up singer in Dallas Texas.
