It looks like the CSS doesn't get applied to the header and the footer only. Also, maybe it's a regional issue. All of my friends in LA is having the same experience.

On my Mac, I tried it on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and cleared the cache. I tried it on my iPhone XS with Safari with wifi and data plan. I tried it with my wife's Mac, iphone and Galaxy.
