The FDA approval of Resmetirom for NASH/liver fibrosis has me speechless . I lost my grandmother and father to NASH-> cirrhosis-> HCC early in my research career. This is a huge step in treating liver disease and I hope it prevents others from experiencing what we did.
People who did international post-docs : did you bring your pet(s)? I couldn't leave this face behind. #postdoc
