We @CivilRights have requested the voter rolls of ALL 50 states. 1/3 of the states cooperated, and 2/3 didn’t (including CA). @TheJusticeDept will continue to enforce federal laws, such as VRA, HAVA, and NVRA, to ensure free and fair elections for ALL Americans!

Breaking: The intensifying voter fraud case between Trump Admin & CA was initially assigned to a Trump appointed judge, Holcomb -- but it was just transferred to another judge: Clinton appointed Judge David Carter. Carter previously ruled in favor of CA by throwing out the case in which Feds were seeking CA voter roll.

“Sydney Sweeney” makes the case for Voter ID.
Prop 39 released a new ad today highlighting what politicians don’t want you to know: California is one of a handful of states that don’t require a photo ID to vote.
Prop 39 is a battle of politicians versus people.
Politicians want you to vote no.
The People are voting yes.
This ad is a parody, but the problem is not.
The politicians want to protect their power and money. We want to give it back to you.
Vote Yes on Prop 39.

“To say I’m outraged is a massive understatement.”
Michelle Byram discovered her mother, Kathy Lennon, had voted absentee at a Bangor, Maine, care facility in 2016—after seeing an “I voted” sticker.
Her mother had Alzheimer’s. Michelle questioned whether she understood the choices: “I’m pretty confident that she couldn’t even name a candidate.”
Officials said municipal staff administered voting and that Alzheimer’s alone did not disqualify her.
Michelle’s experience carries a clear lesson:
Families cannot assume how voting will be handled. Ask questions before ballots arrive.
Who offers assistance? How is consent confirmed? Are the voter’s own instructions followed? Can they freely decline?

The Pentagon just removed the “never lived in America” checkbox from the military ballot form. That box let people who have never lived in the United States use a process built for our troops and their families.
UOCAVA exists so our men and women in uniform can vote from overseas—not so never-resided citizens can piggyback on someone else’s old U.S. address.
That’s the loophole Congressman Hamadeh has been fighting to close with the PROVE Act and his UOCAVA amendment in the NDAA.

So, now the USPS and HSI will be vacuuming up all the names and addresses on all the of the states Mail ballots and uploading them into the newly updated DOGE SAVE system. From there, they can determine who is legally allowed to vote. Follow up investigations could lead to illegal votes that were counted by various states and since all the SOS's and Clerks were warned about what would happen to them if they did not take strong efforts to stop illegal votes, they can be prosecuted.
Now we wait.

A vulnerable voter is any eligible voter whose age, disability, language, living situation, dependence on others or personal circumstances may make that person a target for coercion, exploitation, manipulation or abuse.
This may include:
* Elderly voters, particularly those living in nursing homes or assisted-living facilities
* People with intellectual or developmental disabilities
* People experiencing dementia, memory loss or cognitive impairment
* Voters with physical, visual, hearing or communication disabilities
* Citizens with limited English proficiency or limited literacy
* Residents of group homes, shelters and other institutional settings
* People who depend on caregivers, guardians or facility staff for access to registration forms or ballots
Being vulnerable does not mean a person is incapable of voting. These citizens retain the right to participate, receive lawful assistance, make a private and independent choice—and decline to vote.
Federal guidance protects accessible voting and language assistance. CMS has also reaffirmed that nursing-home residents must be free from interference, coercion and unauthorized action.
Assistance must empower the voter. It must never allow another person to register, pressure, direct or cast a ballot on the voter’s behalf without proper knowledge and authorization.
Protect the person. Protect their choice.

CISA’s new 2026 Election Infrastructure Security Plan puts a welcome focus on something every voter deserves: results that can be checked.
The plan recommends:
✅️ Hand marked paper ballots that can be reviewed
✅️ Manual audits before final results are certified
✅️ Transparency through clear records of security incidents and the steps taken to fix them.
It also encourages election software providers to supply a software bill of materials—an ingredient list showing what is in their products.
Paper ballots. Manual Audits. Clear records.
That is a common sense direction for election security.
🎉 We celebrate President Trump and Secretary Mullin’s leadership in returning CISA to its core mission to protect critical infrastructure.

It’s simple: ONLY Americans should decide American elections.
This @CISAgov plan, which will be implemented in full, is crucial to the security, freeness, and fairness of choosing the leaders of our country.
Under @POTUS Trump’s leadership, we are fighting to protect the integrity of American elections.
