I frequently recommend beef isolate protein over whey for my clients with gut issues, while we are addressing the root cause:
-Completely dairy-free (no lactose or milk proteins); even whey isolates contain trace lactose or dairy proteins that can cause bloating or gas depending on the person’s gut
-Higher in amino acids like glycine and proline that support gut lining and connective tissue, unlike whey
-Many versions are hydrolyzed (pre-broken into smaller peptides), which can make them easier to digest

I don’t care what you say
Eating organs is disgusting.
Yeah I guess sneaking them into ground beef isn’t that bad but when I’m in the USA I eat way less beef than I do in Buenos Aires.
Tons of seafood in the USA.
But the organs are one of natures best multi vitamin.
So I supplement the beef organs. Much better that some chef trying to lie to me and tell me liver tastes good.
Equip has my fav blend. Heart, kidney and liver.
