Today after leg day at the gym I went to the field with my RB and did some footwork drills to end off the day!
Did 2 workouts today with my running backs! Finished with a cold plunge.
1st workout
-4 sets 5 of 70% power cleans
-4 sets of sled pushes 185lbs
-4 sets of sled pulls 185lbs
-3 sets of 10 back extensions
