Broadening access to XRPL, from everyday payments to agentic commerce. We’re partnering with @privy_io, a Stripe company, to bring embedded wallets to the XRP Ledger. Developers will be able to build payment experiences with XRP, RLUSD and other digital assets on XRPL directly into their products, without requiring users to manage their own keys. The integration will also enable agentic commerce through programmable wallets that let AI agents hold funds and transact, including through x402 payments. Built for payments, XRPL is already powering the next wave of commerce. To date, it has processed 13M agent payments, which now account for roughly 25% of network activity.
1/ We're partnering with @Ripple to bring Privy wallets to the XRP Ledger (XRPL). This makes it easier for developers to build stablecoin payments, fintech applications, and agentic commerce on XRPL.

After years of researching ISO 20022, it will not be a surprise to me when the tokens associated with this standard outperform the entire market.💨 XRP, XLM, QNT, HBAR, ALGO, ADA, IOTA, XDC ✅ These are projects that were originally overlooked by retail because they are not based on hype.⛔️ They are designed for utility.🔑 Utility and government aligned functions aren’t the most exciting topics, but they will be the only relevant forces to produce price action like we are seeing with ethereum:0x4a220e6096b25eadb88358cb44068a3248254675. ISO 20022 is severely misunderstood by many.🙇‍♂️ That reluctance to accept the significance of this data standard to crypto asset prices will be a major mistake for investors.🔻 ISO 20022 is the technical foundation for these altcoins to receive major levels of central bank adoption.☝️ It is an important guideline available to investors seeking fundamentally strong projects.💰 The longer you remain in denial, the higher the prices you will eventually buy into. QNT’s pump is your final warning to wake up.🏁 The upcoming price action of these assets will confirm why the research is centered around ISO 20022. Can’t wait to see it.🍿 Documented.📝👇

1/ This one stings. Our team gave everything we had to get the Clarity Act across the finish line. So did most of the industry. This was an opportunity bigger than Ripple or one company - we did this for the industry, for consumers and to cement the US’s position as the crypto capital of the world and as a leader in the future of finance. Ultimately, consumers and U.S. competitiveness got left behind. 2/ A post mortem needs to be done on why this failed (more from me on that in the days ahead). The politics of the democrats (the anti-crypto army) was elevated over good policy. 3/ There is still reason for optimism for crypto in the United States. Now, the SEC, under Chair Atkins, and the CFTC, under Chair Selig, will continue to work hard to issue rules to fill the legislative gap and we will continue to be actively engaged in that rule making process. 4/ Ripple's business has never been stronger — real demand across traditional finance and the digital asset ecosystem. A missed vote in Washington doesn't change our momentum, our global footprint, or our customers.

I Really enjoyed the chat this morning here at HDAX with Brad Garlinghouse and Esther George. Brad reiterated that the vote today has no barring on XRP and Ripples business based on the legal precedent set in their court case with the SEC 3 years ago. XRP has clarity.

🚨Clarity Act Update! Tuesday at 2:15 p.m. ET, the Senate takes its first procedural vote on the Clarity Act. This is not a vote on final passage. It is a vote to end debate on whether the United States Senate should even consider a bill to regulate digital assets. We have spent thousands of hours writing a framework so America leads this technology instead of watching it leave. Dozens of Senators have been in the room. It already cleared committee with a bipartisan vote. The House already passed it. A “no” on Tuesday is not a thoughtful objection to a provision. It is a vote to keep an entire industry in the dark with no rules, no American framework, and let it develop overseas. That is an absurd position. If Senators have concerns about the bill, they can offer an amendment after we agree to take it up. That is how the Senate is supposed to work. To my colleagues : vote yes on Tuesday. Consider the bill. Regulate this industry in the United States. Do not hand the future of digital assets to other countries because we failed to do our jobs.

Most people are dramatically underestimating the magnitude of what is happening right now. This isn’t just a transition of the global financial rails. We are tearing down and rebuilding the entire global operating system… Money. Banking. Capital markets. Energy. Logistics. Manufacturing. Intelligence. Communications. Identity. Ownership. Defense. Healthcare. Education. Media. Labor. Governance. And all of it is beginning to converge. That convergence ultimately changes the distribution of power itself between individuals, corporations, institutions and governments. The governments of the future will operate very differently from the governments of the industrial age, just as the corporations and financial institutions of the future will look nothing like those built for the 20th century. This isn’t one technological revolution. It’s multiple revolutions happening simultaneously, reinforcing one another and rewriting the infrastructure civilization runs on. We aren’t watching the next chapter being written. We’re watching the operating system of civilization being replaced.

Today has been MASSIVE for our coins. While CLARITY Act did NOT become law today. It did something more important for markets: it became politically ~REAL~ and now has an 80% chance of becoming law this year A 15-9 Senate Banking vote. Every Republican. Two Democrats. No amendments adopted. The 309-page May 12 text survived intact. This bill gives CLEAR rules: - CFTC for mature digital commodities. - SEC disclosure path for earlier-stage assets. - Safe harbors for non-custodial DeFi. - AML rules for intermediaries. - Self-custody protected. The big hurdle now is that it still needs 60 Senate votes but should slide through the house without much pushback. Let's be honest, we barely give a shit about any of that... The real question is WHICH DAMN COINS ARE ABOUT TO PUMP??? I discuss that in my new video, hope you enjoy youtu.be/qSVAkq-XST4

🚨SCOOP: The Senate Banking Committee is preparing to notice a markup for the Clarity Act as soon as tomorrow and has circulated draft legislative text to select industry members ahead of a potential Thursday vote, according to multiple industry sources who have seen the text. The language is reportedly still being finalized, with additional edits expected to reflect priorities from Democratic offices. One source told me the overall vibes after reviewing the bill and coordinating with other industry leaders are positive so far, though some bracketed sections are raising concerns that key provisions previously thought to be settled may still be in flux.
