Heartbreaking to hear of the closure of BioWare and the next Mass Effect ending development.
I had so much fun collaborating with Casey and the team on the Mass Effect teaser in 2020 -- during the height of COVID.
I hope one day, somehow, Mass Effect will return.

Today, Stephen Hubbard is heading home.
Stephen is finally back in America with his loved ones after enduring four years of unjust detention. Our nation celebrates his return and offers him our prayers as he begins this next chapter of his life. Because of President Trump's leadership, more than 100 Americans have been freed from captivity and returned home.
The Trump Administration will always work tirelessly to secure the release of Americans unjustly detained abroad and will continue its campaign to free those who are still wrongfully detained.
Decentralized game development with Ai assist is going to be a big thing. Like decentralized currency, or like hot potato where you can contribute to a repository and pass it up and along the way - it will eventually find its way to somebody with an extreme amount of clout and that person will put his stamp of approval on it..
Or the game will live on forever in a state of constant development. It would be kinda cool to see what comes after an ending, again and again and again if its good enough.
Sort of bummed that @JohnCena has not posted on his account today. This man is like an instagram prophet....
You get into the habit of waking up to seeing what this guy is saying, and when it's gone you miss it 🫤
.@bioware you guys could leak your work for that new Mass Effect that has been scrapped so that it could live on as a community project, and us fans could use Ai as a means to finish the story. All is not lost!
It could become a big story in gaming history, still.
Let these guys on X that have been doing mash ups and extracurricular Halo dev take up Mass Effect as a project. Think decentralized development via online communities, rather than just scrapping the work.
Don't throw it all away!

You see Mark @finkd it is for these reasons I was upset with you all those years ago. Yes I had angry words for you. Your race and religion had nothing to do with it.
I know you have a lot on your plate internationally, probably being pulled in all directions by people who want things out of you. Also how is your knee doing?
But what in the world is going on with this misleading people about their datas privacy? Of course you're selling it, all you social media people selling it, your attached to the fed's hip.
But it's been more than 10 years since I thew my fit on Facebook. I'm just saying plainly now, you guys need to respect the Constitution and the 4th Amendment, and these people of the United States. The People rule here, not the government - The People rule through the government. Don't do to the People what you wouldn't want to have them do to your own kin 20 years from now.
BREAKING: A judge orders Meta to pay $25 billion for misleading consumers about their data privacy. cbsn.ws/4z27Nlh
The Fans & Community will come together and develop this canceled game with Ai. They will choose a narrative that fits the story and works out with staying true to the Mass Effect cannon. The People will iterate development in a decentralized way.
It will be awesome.
Mass Effect is shutting down amid mass layoffs at Electronic Arts, which amount to 400 people losing their jobs. Roughly 50 of the roles were at BioWare. bit.ly/4iwUR0J
