I hate to say it (because I am not a fan), but Facebook is infinitely better at catching and deleting spam than Twitter is. Our social tool grabs it all as it’s posted, but by the time I get to dealing with it, the FB post is already gone and the account’s banned.

There are Twitter posts/accounts from months ago that I reported that are still up and running. And Twitter spam has gotten 10x worse in the last 6ish months. I used to spend 10 minutes a week dealing with it (six accounts) and now it’s closer to 10 minutes a day.
