.@TheMutualFun 🪑 What interests me most in the prospectus is how five funds could develop differently while starting with the same rules. There are 4,001 Seats: 800 each across ARGON, BOGLE, SMAUG, MIDAS and VLADD, plus the Chairman’s Seat 0, which isn’t for sale. Your fund assignment is random and permanent. From there, you and the other enrolled members vote on its investment direction. For the mint, one TMF Pass gets you exactly two Seats at 0.01 ETH each. The Pass is non-transferable and is burned when used. All ETH raised through this mint goes into the five funds. The allocation is worth reading carefully: 2,000 Seats go through the Deng route, while 1,000 are shared between the Waiting Room, collaborations, the team’s reserve and invitations. Another 1,000 go to the Open Market. So the Waiting Room doesn’t have 1,000 Seats exclusively for public applicants. Getting a Seat also comes with another step: enrollment. Holding the NFT alone doesn’t earn dividends. You pay an enrollment fee in $TMF, with half burned and half added to your fund’s holdings. There are five classes with different fees and weights. When a Seat changes owners, enrollment ends and the buyer needs to enroll again. I like the Briefcase detail. Each Seat has its own ERC-6551 on-chain account. Cashed dividends land there in the tokens the fund distributes. Since that account belongs to the Seat, its balances travel with the NFT when sold. Buyers have a reason to check what’s inside, alongside the chair’s rarity. The Open Market lets you trade Seats for $TMF at a base rate of 401,000 tokens. Buying a random Seat adds 8%; choosing a specific one adds 16%. Selling one back pays 368,920 $TMF after the 8% fee. That’s a token exchange rate, not a guaranteed ETH or dollar value. The prospectus also says a sale back must wait if the market doesn’t have enough $TMF to cover it. M&A caught my attention too. You can merge two enrolled Seats of the same fund and class into one higher-class Corner Office Seat. One Seat is permanently retired, reducing the supply. There’s an implementation detail here, though: the prospectus says the enhanced Corner Office weighting is waiting for the next Dividend Office deployment. I wouldn’t describe that benefit as fully live yet. What keeps me interested is the shared decision-making. I want to see how differently five communities invest when they begin with the same rules. Some voting, distribution and fee details are still redacted in this edition. I’ll be reading those when they’re published, because they matter just as much as getting in. @what3verman @Kingpickle

Excited to share my artwork for the latest @DlicomApp creative event 💙 For this piece, I wanted to capture the energy of the Dlicom community in a fun and dynamic way moving forward together, full of color, excitement, and momentum. The truck represents the journey, the community spirit, and the idea that Dlicom is not standing still, but continuing to grow and push ahead. I filled the artwork with bright colors, flying flags, a lively city vibe, and cheerful Dlicom characters to show what I feel when I think about this project: unity, movement, creativity, and community power. To me, Dlicom is more than just a project. It feels like a world where creators, users, and supporters are all on the same ride, building and growing together. Hope you all like my entry! An entire kingdom. A dozen adventures. And one frog who looks like he would rather go back to bed. 🐸💧 Welcome to my imagination of the NOGAS universe, inspired by @Nogasonsui. Between floating castles, glowing portals and waterfalls, every Nogas has found a different calling. One paints a masterpiece. Another rides into battle. A warrior summons lightning, a ninja spins his weapon, and a swordsman sends water crashing through the air. Above them, a flying car brings its own kind of chaos. Different costumes. Different stories. The same unmistakable green frog. That contrast is what makes this character so fun to create with: an extraordinary world unfolding around someone who still looks wonderfully unimpressed. So, what is NOGAS? NOGAS is a frog-themed memecoin project on Sui with a simple, memorable identity: “All frog. No gas.” Its mascot is a lime-green frog with sleepy eyes and an unusual problem. From the front, he looks perfectly substantial. Turn him sideways, and he is paper-thin. He tries to puff himself up… but nothing happens. The official character needs no grand origin story or hidden superpower. The joke is already there in his shape, expression and repeated attempts to inflate. My artwork takes that understated character and imagines what happens when he wanders into a much louder fantasy world. The powers and adventures here are my creative interpretation, rather than official project lore. 🎨 There is also a way for creators to get involved: the NOGAS content campaign invites people to share their work and submit their tweets for consideration. The campaign page currently lists 100 GTD spots with a $25 allocation per spot. Submitting content does not automatically mean qualifying. At the time of writing, the website still marks the project as not launched, with a launch planned on blast.fun. For me, the appeal starts with the character: easy to recognize, funny without saying a word, and full of possibilities for visual storytelling.
