Whenever I hear someone talking about how easy it would be to convert an office building to residential, I think of the first repositioning project I ever worked on.
500K SF of semi-vacant office into 500+ luxury rental apts. 1958 vintage building w/ some asbestos & a complex structure.

As a multimedia creator, excited to spot this AI tool to transform your 2D videos into lifelike 3D structures!
Meet @nvidia’s latest #AI tool, Neuralangelo!
It can create stunning 3D models from videos, perfect for game development, art, and more.
How to use Neuralangelo in 4 steps:
1️⃣ Film a 2D video of an object or scene from various angles.
2️⃣ The AI will select frames that capture different viewpoints, creating a rough 3D representation of the scene.
3️⃣ The model then optimizes this render to sharpen the details.
4️⃣ The end result? A lifelike 3D object or large-scale scene, perfect for VR applications, digital twins, or robotics development!
Learning something new every day! Let me know what you experiences are like :) 😸
