You must solve puzzles, crack codes and cyphers hidden around a themed set of rooms in hopes of finding the code allowing you to “escape” in the nick of time.

Reading has 4 Escape Rooms in and around the town centre. Does that makes us the UK escape room capital? @TimeTrapEscape @EscapeHunt @escapereading @Deadlockedrooms #VisitReading hubs.la/H0Qyl4Y0

The Mayor visited @EscapeReading this week to thank them for their donation to our online charity auction! Fancy solving puzzles, cracking codes and syphers to 'escape' in the nick of time? 🗝️ You can bid for this experience, and lots more, here ➡️ rdguk.info/E999i

Extra fun fact - Reading was the only place in the UK outside of London to have three games nominated from three different venues. We have a great indie escape room scene! @DeadlockedRooms @EscapeReading #rdguk

Glad it gets your thumbs-up! The first room we ever did was at @EscapeReading too, and we loved that - defused the bomb with 4 seconds to spare thanks to Ali’s cool head and maths skillz

Really looking forward to @EscapeReading’s Ram Raid this evening (and hoping we’ll maintain our 100% escape success rate)!

We are so lucky to have such a great indie escape room scene in #rdguk and the experiences that are being put out keep getting better and better.

We also had the opportunity to test their newest game, Age of Magic. This is such a beautiful room and the craft and thought that has gone into the experience is sublime. Reading, you are in for a right treat when this opens.

We played our first escape rooms since lockdown on Friday at @EscapeReading. Ram Raid is a brilliant room, chock full of puzzles - it took us a while to get round to play but it was well worth the wait.
