Today I’ve meeting with a pharma company to discuss how to streamline (and circumvent) the dangerous delays in pre-cert of Rx for our #IBD pts. I told this company to give “free” loading doses while approval is pending. No delay in starting treatment, less harm to pt. #fightwus
