Went to my local shop's trade/release night and it was good :) I even won a cool lil Bob Ross deckbox! Somehow managed to come home with less things than I went in with, which is- new. I didn't even take a new Transformer home! I don't know who I've become 😭

Mind you, I'm super excited for this month, and for half of December, not complaining about it, but trying to get things set up for 400+ kids to have a good Christmas ain't easy, and we only have a skeleton crew to do this 🥲 Last year was a breeze though, so we got this 😤

I think what I hate the most about customer service is not a SINGLE ONE sees me as an actual fucking person. I had a lady hand me $205 today after saying she wanted to pay $225. I asked her for clarification: "did you say 225 or 205?" And she IMMEDIATELY raises her voice at me.
