Infinites story but also doesn’t retcon established canon. Activision discarded these ideas for separate projects and instead is making a full game. Source says it too early but they have heard Activision is considering a full reboot and making a Master Chief origin story

So a lots been happening, and a lot of it (work wise), is not good. It's a sinking ship unfortunately. So I will only be focusing on making artwork now, more than ever. I'll also be opening up my Commissions again and I will list prices shortly. It sucks loosing a job but feels good to want to make art again :)
