In Poland, the government is attempting to seize by force the highest organ of judicial power – the Constitutional Tribunal.
The illegality of the actions of usurpers claiming to be “judges” (who in fact act as politicians) is pointed out by both judges, the Head of the Supreme Court and the Head of the Supreme Administrative Court.
The people who forcibly entered the Tribunal have no legal basis for their actions. Key legal authorities say the same.
Additionally, a disinformation operation is underway through media controlled by the government and social media accounts favourable to it.
Yesterday, President K. Nawrocki (the most popular figure in Poland) after cancellation of his foreign visit was initially blocked by those usurpers from entering the building of the TK.
Minister Sikorski publishes AI-generated fake photos with the clear goal of discrediting the President. According to media reports PM Tusk left Warsaw.
Thousands of Polish patriots are heading to Warsaw to prevent the brazen breaking of the law by D. Tusk and the politicians subordinate to him.
Democracy and the rule of law must prevail!

Polish MEP Dominik Tarczyński is explaining what is happening right now at Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal, calling it nothing less than a COUP D’ÉTAT!
“In Poland, we have a liberal-left government led by Donald Tusk, who is the Prime Minister. What is happening right now with the Constitutional Tribunal is that they want to take it over and fill it with their own people.
Why? Because they want to get rid of the Polish currency, bring us into the eurozone, and eliminate our secure borders. They are being pushed by the Germans, who want to spread the burden of illegal migration and send migrants to Poland.
First of all, the Polish złoty is our constitutionally protected currency. They have to change the Constitution to replace it, and without the Constitutional Tribunal, they cannot do that.
So, number one, they want to get rid of our currency and force us to adopt the euro and join the eurozone. Then they want to take our gold reserves, the largest in the European Union, to Frankfurt, to the European Central Bank, which is a German-based institution.
They also want to open our borders. And they want to make sure that when they lose the next elections, which are coming next year, the Constitutional Tribunal will be unable to do anything to stop their actions or reverse what they have done.
There are many more reasons, but I want you to understand one thing: they are under German influence. They are globalists, and we are fighting not just for Poland, but for Europe.

What the Tusk government is doing amounts to a flagrant breach of the rule of law, and we strongly condemn it. Judicial independence and the constitutional safeguards of Poland are under attack, and the law must bind every government without exception.
President Nawrocki has our full support in defending his country's constitutional order. European institutions have a duty to address what is happening, not to ignore it. Regardless of political alliances, national sovereignty and judicial independence are principles that must be upheld consistently

What is happening in Poland is a warning to conservatives around the world
Today, Poland is ruled by brute force, not the rule of law. Liberals and the Left have nothing but contempt for the law and democratic principles. They want to treat conservatives as second-class citizens. They have no scruples about pushing through their agenda at any cost. Their authoritarian mindset is rooted in contempt and prejudice.

The attack on the Constitutional Tribunal is just the beginning! If Tusk forcibly destroys the CT, the next step will be a grab for the National Bank of Poland, and ultimately—a raid on the savings of Poles in banks.
