Everton History

Took some stick last week (undeserved - mainly from EFC obsessed LFC fans) & whilst our stadium is fantastic, always thought the front of it is a bit bland. Do think this is an upgrade. Will also defo need a museum/trophy room now we’re winning the league cup. #efc #everton

People take twitter far too seriously with some of the responses to this. Obviously Liverpool supporters have been piping up as following Everton is their favourite topic.

Interesting on the Richard Keys/Andy Gray podcast they had Keith Harris - the one who was on our board. Interestingly he mentioned that when Moshiri appointed Harris as Vice-Chairman, Bill Kenwright kept saying to Harris “You’re wanting my job aren’t you”.

Anyone have any objections as to why Nelson Dock and the surrounding area shouldn’t look like this. I’ll wait.

Come on let’s have the shouldn’t have sold Ellis Simms tweets.

The sale is obviously the solution TFG have found to the multi-club ownership issue. Whoever comes in, let’s hope on the footballing side we are there sole focus. #efc #everton

The one thing I would say is we’re a far more attractive proposition to buy now than 2 years ago. Stable PL team and the ground which should hopefully help a better buyer who can take us forward. #efc #everton

I see our owner is able to come and play golf in Scotland this week but can’t visit the football team he owns. #efc #everton

Hope City didn’t use Super Silk for their case.

Watch City get given points as their punishment.

Talking Point seeing as no footy for 3 weeks. 🤔 With the South Stand being the home end should fans wear royal blue like in the picture or not? #efc #everton Comment yes or no below 👇

Which is the first player you think of when you see this top?

Appreciate the owners and board are going to take a lot of criticism which is justified. But don’t forget Moyes has said he makes the final decision on transfers. Everyone who they wanted this summer should have been settled on way before last season finished.

If Trump thinks the USA sending off was bad wait until he see’s what Clive Thomas and Collina did to us.

Is this new top actually royal blue?

Unless they play for Everton I don’t know too much about a player and I know we’ve had our defensive issues but that Spence and Quansah for England today were beyond woeful. Like how on earth are they there.

Chelsea spending £43m on a player, City £116m. Chelsea found to have cheated, don’t need to mention anything about City. Until fans stop going this circus will carry on. It’s a disgrace

If it had been around Everton twitter would have wanted Moyes out at the end of the 2003/04 season.

To those saying Liverpool are ruthless for sacking Slot because they came 5th. Between Moyes’s 2 spells we had 8 managers in 11 years. Being ruthless served us really well didn’t it?

I’ve had enough of the next manager already - hasn’t won any games, didn’t get us into Europe. Happy to be average. Get him gone.
