His name is Alex. Mental health and physical disabilities took his ability to work. Benefits don’t cover the basics. He and his dog Hercules are living between a tent and a dying car in Scotland🏴.
Hercules isn’t a pet. He’s Alex’s battle buddy🥰and the reason he hasn’t given up yet.

Why is there a blanket media cover up of the decades of miss treatment of veterans directly and their claims for injuries in service by @VeteransUK_MOD staff ?

Incredibly shocking, but not surprising, news that the MoD has lied about the Nuclear Test Veterans radiation exposure levels for 40 years. Great reporting @fleetstreetfox – at Lytham St. Annes, England
This makes the #PostOfficeScandal look like a vicar's tea party.
The MoD lied - to the public, press and under oath - for 40 years that troops used in Cold War radiation experiments had a "zero dose".
In fact they had the equivalent of up to 800 dental x-rays in a day.

Just going back to Rec 59, as somone who used both private health & a private lawfirm, Id like to see this recommendation going further to recompense claimants where they have then been successful at tribunal for both these costs. I paid via a % of my award. The MOD should pay.
