ALT The Dark Hour, Tartarus. A Shadow, in the appearance of a dark knight mounting a horse, wielding its lance towers over a tired Makoto (To the left) and frozen Yukari (To the right). Behind the shadow Aigis is seen convulsing on the floor from sustained damage whilst Junpei is face flat, knocked out cold. Suddenly the shadow goes on the offense with a "Cruel Attack".

ALT Yukari, heavily blushing, pauses before saying "Um .. Y-your heartbeat...". Both remain silent as they look at each other face to face in the moonlit room.
ALT Makoto seems helpless as Yukari sits next to him, worried and sharing in his sadness. over the course of 3 panels, she slowly moves her arms closer to him, wraps them around him, and pulls him closer. The bottom panel is a zoomed in shot of Makoto's eyes. He seems very scared and upset, with his eyes tightly shut.
ALT Yukari gently puts her left hand on his head as she rests his head against herself. The both of them are depicted from behind in a moonlit room. She tries to ground him from his state of panic by saying "Hey... Hey, you're alright... You're with me... We're in your room". Makoto stays silent. The second panel is a zoomed in shot of Yukari's face with a bit of Makoto's head visible. Yukari still has a sad and emotional expression. She pauses before saying "Makoto, I-". The background in the panel is shown to be halfway enveloped by a gray darkness, to signify Yukari joining Makoto in his state of mind.
ALT The background is now fully enveloped in darkness. Yukari hugs Makoto while her left hand continues to gently rest on his head. Both of them are colored in a way that makes them look enveloped in darkness. Two brightly glowing pink and blue butterflies cast a gentle lavender glow on Makoto and Yukari. Yukari says "I can't believe you've been suffering so much..." "I...can't imagine...". "All this pain you're going through... All the horrific memories...". The next panel depicts Yukari's left eye zoomed in. She has a scared expression as she continues: "W-what it's like to... To die...". The background behind the last set of dialogue is pitch black.
ALT Yukari continues to embrace Makoto with her hand on his head. They remain in darkness with a dark background. She says "I don't want you to go through this alone. This is a lot to process, Makoto... But..." The second panel depicts a pink teapot pouring rose petals into a blue teacup. the pink teapot has cracks that are blue in color, implying it has been shattered and repaired with a blue colored glue, and vice versa for the blue teacup with a pink colored glue. Yukari continues, "Listen, I don't care if I die a million times more. I'll always be me. And... I'll always be with you, okay?"
ALT The background is still dark from the previous page and Makoto and Yukari are still enveloped in darkness. The top half of Yukari's face is zoomed in on as she emotionally says "Please, let me share your burden. I refuse to let you suffer alone. I will not forgive myself if it happens again!". the next 2 panels are Makoto's POV as he reaches out with his arms through the darkness. a light shines through that cuts through the dark. Makoto then hugs Yukari back as the background turns a bright warm yellow. Yukari has a surprised expression with a small heart above her head.
ALT The panel background is back to being Makoto's moonlit room. Yukari gleefully smiles as she hugs Makoto. her smile then turns into a more relieved and calm one. The next panel depicts the hallway on the first floor of the dorm, with Yukari saying "Do you... wanna stay like this a little longer?" in response, Makoto squeezes her tighter as they continue to hug. The final panel depicts chibi faces of both of them over a cutesy pink and yellow background with bubbles and sparkles. Yukari has a surprised yet very happy expression over Makoto's advance. And Makoto has a very abashed and shy expression with his eyes closed.
ALT The final page. There is but a single panel of koromaru depicted from the back sitting on the dorm roof staring into the night sky. A crescent moon shines as stars, birds and clouds can be seen painting a colorful blue and violet sky. Yukari says "I'm here... As long as you like..."
