Liverpool didn't record a single shot on target at Anfield against Arsenal. Let that sink in. This is a team that was supposed to be right in the title conversation, playing at home in front of their own supporters, and they couldn't even force our goalkeeper into making a save. We can talk about how difficult Anfield is, the atmosphere and Liverpool's quality all day, but what exactly did they offer in this game? Arsenal went there, controlled the game, defended properly and left with all three points. Liverpool couldn't even make us work for it. For a club with their ambitions, that is an embarrassing performance. And the fact that it happened at Anfield makes it even worse.
