Alpenglow is now live on Solana mainnet. โฐ๏ธ
Finality just went from ~12.8 seconds to ~150ms.
The biggest consensus upgrade in Solanaโs history, built by @anza_xyz.

$JUMPER is live

I built this because people keep buying tokens where 99% of holders are scammers, bots, snipers and paper hands
Nobody could see it
So I indexed every wallet on Robinhood chain and put 8 crawlers on top of it
They take the token apart and come back with one number and one word
> 0-34 TORN, do not touch
> 35-69 PATCHED, handle with care
> 70-100 TAUT, safe to ape in
60% of the score is real retention, 25% is first minute buyers still holding, 15% is smart money
Snipers, bundles and dev sells come straight off the top
Paste any contract and watch them crawl
100% from token goes toward development

MAC v0.2 - what shipped since launch
Comms upgrade, so here is everything that changed under the hood, in one place.
Routing
The gate used to score a task once and commit. Now it re-scores after classify, so a task that looked cheap but arrives with 400k of context does not get stuffed into an 8k window and silently truncated.
Tier ladder is explicit: nano โ small โ frontier. A task only climbs if the cheaper tier fails the eval, never because the prompt "feels hard".
Dedupe
Window went from exact-match to hash(intent + normalised args), 30m rolling.
That caught the thing I did not expect: the same question arriving from two different agents in the same minute, worded differently. Those used to be two frontier calls.
Batching
90s hold window, fan-in on identical intent.
Added a bail-out: if anything in the batch is marked irreversible, the whole batch breaks apart and each item routes on its own. Batching is for reads, never for writes.
Evals
500-case held-out set, and the promotion rule is now hard-coded instead of being my opinion: a cheaper tier ships only if it stays within 0.4pp of baseline.
Shadow โ 5% canary โ default. Nothing goes straight to default anymore.
Logs
Every decision is replayable: inputs, the six answers, the route, the confidence, the latency.
You can take any decision id and re-run it against the current policy to see if today's config would have made the same call. That is the part I actually use every day.
Failure modes
Fail-open: controller down means traffic passes untouched, not blocked.
Idempotency keys on intake, so retries do not double-charge.
Backpressure instead of letting queue depth grow quietly.
What this cost
[FEES CLAIMED] in creator fees claimed and spent on infra, model credits and the eval harness.
[BUYBACK TOTAL] routed to buybacks so far, every one posted with its tx.
Measured since v0.1
[TASKS ROUTED] tasks through the controller
[% NEVER REACHED A MODEL] never reached a model at all
[SPEND BEFORE] โ [SPEND AFTER]
[QUALITY DELTA] on the held-out set
Next
โ routing logs public, so anyone can replay a decision without asking me
โ first connector, so this runs on someone else's queue and not only mine
โ per-intent policies, because support tickets and code review should not share thresholds
The models were never the bottleneck. The routing was.

I decided to tokenize JUDGEBOT to get more users to use the tech and understand the idea behind it.
People believed in judgebot and supported this.
$Judgebot is gaining insane traction and we had decent volume in few minutes of creation.

You watched it being built in real time: one bot, one crawler, a model that reads every wallet and scores it 0 to 100. Hard rules first, then Muse judges whatโs left. Now people are betting on it. Itโs a strange kind of pressure, and I like it
Iโm not going anywhere, Iโm not selling anything, Iโm just building
Tomorrow Iโm releasing judgebot to the public on GitHub, I will be slowly updating judgebot on every step of the way
4 wallets. 30 minutes. One alert. Weโre just getting started
his is the part people are missing
plugged the new Muse into my bot oracle
same setup: the chain feeds it, oracle scores every wallet, the alert only fires when the smart money moves together
today it caught $Nihilism
โ 9:16am, Nihilism sat at ~$28K, token was minutes old
โ tracked wallets piling in on the first candle (avatars on the chart)
โ oracle checked the holders and bought in with $200 at ~$28.5K
โ it ran to ~$690K by 1pm
โ oracle sold at $650K
$200 โ $4,552
22.8x on one trade, in under 4 hours. i didnโt touch a button
2.3K holders in 6 hours
a crawler reads. Muse decides. oracle doesnโt sleep
