ALT At first light, a smooth cloud layer is lit red from underneath as the first fallstreak begins to drop out. Seem reflected in a farm pond.
ALT As the sky brightens the cloud layer becomes dark but the centers of the fallen holes are lit a warm peach color as the sky at the horizon begins to glow yellow.
ALT Now the underside of the cloud is illuminated again, a hot pink. The fallen streaks, also hot pink, have deceptively aligned with the segments of cloud between the holes -so they are not recognizable as distinctly separate from the cloud layer… which looks as if someone cut three biscuits from the dough… but they are there and the difference in altitude casts a long blue shadow on the cloud’s pink belly.
ALT Digital painting of some voluminous clouds with fuzzy edges, agglomerated together. There is soft white light grazing the clouds, creating blue shadows in their crevices.
