Dreadful service from @NatWestGroup travel insurance company @Allianz - whoever wrote the qualification questions needs to take a second look and revise them - plus some staff training on customer service would be a plus!!
My recommendation - go elsewhere...

Trucks and drivers waiting for them need to stop, eat and rest somewhere.
And if the facility where they are conducted is not 24/7, they also need to sleep somewhere.
