@British_Airways my family's entire Christmas is in luggage delayed on BA285. Worldtracer says your courier has now had some of our bags for over 24 hours, but no sign of a delivery. Please help! Or I invite you to explain to my 3-year-old why Santa is missing him this year.

BA staff at SFO assured me that delivery would be on Christmas Eve. This is extremely distressing.

WBWL awards will still continue. Anyone who already entered their list will be in the judging process which is not affected by the Covid-19 crisis, anyone still wishing to submit their wine list can do so till the end of April. Results will be published as usual by December 2020.

Some personal news. Everyone is self isolating, but @BronwenPercival and I will be off the grid for a while as we welcome the new little guy. He would not be here without the superlative care that we have received from the team at @GSTTnhs. We are incredibly happy and grateful.
