It was black and white - if you were publicly traded you needed to return it. So we returned it. Around 600 public companies did not. Why aren’t people outraged? They were outraged when we took it but gave us no credit for returning it.

$BTN and $BKTI collectively returned approximately $5 million of PPP money. Why? Because the Treasury told all public companies to do so or have their officers face felony charges. A better question is why are there around 600 public companies that never returned the PPP money?
