Much better response than from that dumbf*k @RobertGarcia who needs to be completely muzzled from public statements.
Fox host: If your Democratic colleagues pursue hearings and investigations, will you support that?
Senator-elect @jamestalarico: I will support checks and balances, and ensuring each branch of our government is holding the other branches accountable. My mandate as the next US Senator from Texas is to deliver for the people of my state. The people of Texas did not elect me last night for retribution. They elected me to deliver for them to make their lives easier, better, and less stressful, and that's what I plan to do.
Supply chain issues, amirite? It's tough. If you dig into any business, the specifics are often quirky. For us, it's because 12 months ago organic Pima cotton farmers in Peru decided they could earn more $ growing potatoes during COVID.

A giraffe? I can picture a horse, a buffalo, a dog, an elephant. But a giraffe is about the least intuitive animal one could estimate size from, right? Is the neck curled up? Was it a splotch shaped asteroid?

This take from @minethatdata is entertaining & nostalgic for someone who grew up in WI. But its lesson is excellent; lean hard into the things your customers love that you happen to do really well. Breeze by the noise that screams for your attention. UBU.

Today would not be a great day for a US Customs audit. We're proud to comply of course, but with supply chains what they are, this doesn't do a whole lot of helping.
Since I haven't been able to visit Peru since 2019, I asked Javier if he could send some pics from our workshop. Here's one of Maritza. Her coat reminded me that visiting from Jun-Aug was always a little escape from the heat here as those are the coldest winter months in Lima.
Savoring this moment of being almost fully in stock. Autumn production that should have started in Feb started in Apr due to COVID's continued hold on Peru. But last year we started in Jun so... progress! Looking forward to the 9am Zoom with our team on the front line. Gracias!

Did i just see an actual tumbleweed blow down the street? #WeNeedRain
I have irrefutable evidence that horoscopes and birth months are a bunch of malarkey. Today is my mom's birthday. It's also the former guy's birthday.

Have lived in Madison since 1997 and just now learning there are underground tunnels connecting the State Capitol building to locations around the downtown area.
