Gary Neville is spot on here. How many managers must Manchester United go through before the people making the decisions are called to question? I’m tired of seeing the same cycle repeat itself. We sack the manager, bring in another one, and expect different results while the same structural problems remain. Until the club gets its recruitment, leadership and long-term planning right, nothing will fundamentally change. The problem isn't just who's managing United. It's who's running United.
