#FFXIV character gets PKed
#OSRS and #FF14 crossover shitpost. Inspired by @GreenDragonBot and their many bangers.
People say Super Mario 64 aged better than Sunshine, and use the pachinko + poison river levels as their reasoning.
We're not about to forget about Wet Dry World, Rainbow Ride, Tick Tock Clock, and Super Mario 64's other janky-ass levels, are we?
I know most of my mutuals prefer physical for Switch like I do, but this is a steal for this. If you want to play this game (and you should), go for it.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 + Expansion Pass DLC Bundle (Switch Digital) is $39.94 at Walmart buff.ly/JYDnyHp #ad
If you get a cancellation, that's Walmart likely thinking it's a fraud order. Try again via site/app or try changing payment method

There is a real economic cost to Valve’s foray into forced political disclosures. Besides taking 30%, they’re also taking a potentially even larger fraction of developers’ revenue and livelihood by undermining their business with these AI hate campaigns.

Am I not woke enough? I think this a beautiful and respectful representation, them being so dark is mesmerising and reminiscent of African art work. Like there's a clear difference between this and Tintin goes to Congo which is overtly racist

We have labels on things for a reason. It's not political to say whats in your product it's informative, it's political for YOU because you don't like the reaction of the customers you're trying to convince to spend money, and they're literally telling you why they don't like it.

Forcing developers to write a political statement to be used against them by the hate mob they’re helping organize is abhorrent.
If you’re proud to use AI then why hide it Tim?

Tim Sweeney getting upset at Steam's AI disclosure is an endless stream of funny content.
He claims it's bad for developers, but what he actually means is it's bad for Epic Games. Because Epic are literally building UE6 around generative AI, which they say will play a "central role"
If generative AI is good, and developers are proud to use it, there shouldn't be an issue disclosing it. But the problem is gamers don't agree, and some actively avoid games using AI. This in turn will mean avoiding UE6 games using their fancy gen AI integrations, which hurts Epic's business model.
It's another one of those things where companies are not on the same page as gamers. Gamers want engine developers to solve problems they are having (eg poor performance, traversal stutter, visual artefacts). They don't want those problems to remain unsolved while Epic makes it easier to fill storefronts with low quality AI-made games.
Transparency is always good for consumers and shouldn't be sacrificed. Ever. Why hide the use of a feature if you think the feature is good?
If it's a "hate mob" issue, maybe time to reassess the messaging. Prove that AI use is good, instead of hiding it. Because if it's actually good, it should be easy to explain and show why. The work speaks for itself with these things.
If Epic are ever wondering why gamers love Steam and avoided the Epic Games Store for so long, it's because Valve continue to deliver what gamers want. Being hostile to gamers doesn't work.

Disclosing a game was made with AI isn’t a “political statement” dip shit
Games always list the developers and teams who made them, the engines they use, their genres, tech requirements, etc. But somehow stating they used AI is too far? GTFO

Jensen “Larry Ellison” Huang
$NVDA CEO Jensen Huang says “software licensing will become increasingly a major part of our company’s business.”
He said it could cost “about $2,000 per GPU per year” to run NVIDIA’s software for AI agents in these AI factories.
So, some napkin math at that price, before discounts:
500K licensed GPUs = $1B in annual revenue.
1 million licensed GPUs = $2B
5 million licensed GPUs = $10B
So, hypothetically, NVIDIA could earn billions a year from GPUs it has already sold by selling enterprise software and support to the companies using them.
Note: These are illustrative revenue scenarios using Jensen’s pricing example, not NVIDIA guidance or profit estimates.

If you have RX 9000, you should still be using FP8. It provides the best quality and performs the same as Int8 Lite. I saw this result in every game. Here's Forza Horizon 6.
Seems Int8 Lite is the way to go, at least on RDNA3 and earlier. I'll have to test this on a 9070 XT later and see how it compares with the FP8 model.
AMD should put an option to select the model in the Adrenalin driver.
Just released a video doing a "live test" of the new FSR 4.1.2 LITE model, that can deliver considerably better performance in cards like the RX 6000 and 7000 series, which very close quality to the full model!
