BREAKING: Norway's 🇳🇴 wealth fund is losing billions after divesting from Israel.
The fund dumped Israeli companies over the past year for political reasons.
In that same year, Tel Aviv's main index rose 40%, more than double the S&P 500.
Now the fund reports a $30 billion loss in one quarter.
They let politics run their portfolio, and Norwegian pensioners are paying for it.

Rewatching FSU vs MIA. That holding call on the 1st Hail Mary was insane… was an absolute miss… the LT literally CHOPPED the DE’s stab… wow.

Macron just blamed France's riots on Trump. He says they are protesting high oil prices from the war in Iran.
They are waving Palestinian flags and screaming Allahu Akbar. That's not protesting gas prices.

The more I watch this, the more I see that the defender never even had possession. When the ball “fell on him,” it was possessed by the Florida State WR, who always had his hands on the ball to the ground before it was ripped away well after the catch.

The Florida St offensive holding call was not a foul.
The contact by the BYU defender was defensive pass interference.

Florida State got robbed. Left Tackle just traps the rusher’s long arm and gets called for a holding. TD is wiped off the board

Miami/FSU
1) Terrible holding call
2) Miami defender is still grasping for the ball with his left hand over the top of the FSU WRs hands. That was an FSU TD.
FSU got hosed.
Also…that was PI at the end of ND/BYU. Have to throw a flag there.
Refs affecting way too many game changing plays tonight.

Every team has a floor and a ceiling they’re capable of meeting at any time. But no team ping-pongs back and forth between those two possibilities with more astonishing frequency than Florida State.

When the Hamas terrorist organization praises Navi Pillay for winning the Nobel Peace Prize, that tells you everything you need to know about her and the Nobel Committee.

Uncomfortable fact, but the damage done by irresponsible & ignorant “reporting” like this cannot be overstated.
@cnn continuing to allow the bastardization of what little legitimacy they still possess is going to be the death knell on Ted Turner’s little project.
Mark it.

We found 24/40 deaths can be traced back to Israeli military actions. That includes direct IDF strikes/gunfire, but also when Israeli military actions led captors to kill their hostages. That's not just us saying that: the IDF has acknowledged that in many of these cases /2

Breaking: "As retired senior military leaders and legal experts, on this, the third anniversary of Hamas's October 7, 2023 brutal attack on Israel, we reject claims that Israel committed genocide in Gaza." @jinsadc
I am honored to be a part of 76 retired U.S. officers (including 13 Generals, 27 Lieutenant Generals, 19 Major Generals, 5 Brigadier Generals) Refuting the Genocide Allegation Against Israel.

"The precedent established today regarding Israel will shape the conditions under which American forces fight tomorrow. Protecting civilians and preserving the ability of our nation to defend itself requires us to defend the truth when the laws of war are being distorted to make false charges of genocide."

Today, three years after the horrific October 7 attacks, we remember the innocent lives taken by Hamas terrorists.
The Trump Administration remains committed to confronting terrorism and bringing hostages home.
America will always stand as a beacon of freedom, defending our allies and values around the world.

Three years ago today, Hamas terrorists murdered more than 1,200 people and took more than 250 hostages in Israel.
We will never forget the evil unleashed that morning – or waver in standing with our ally, Israel, against terrorism.

He basically said “The Jews that died, sad, but it’s their fault.”
He needs the city’s antisemitism policy for himself.
Just an atrocious statement

In a shocking development Trent Grisham, Austin Wells and Ryan McMahon are retired in order in the third inning. But they did it while batting left-handed so that’s good

In 1971, the UN General Assembly danced in the aisles celebrating an American defeat. This was a turning point for the UN.
On October 25, the Assembly expelled the Republic of China (Taiwan) and seated Mao’s communist regime. Ambassador George H.W. Bush watched the floor turn into a celebration. Years later, he wrote: Taiwan was not the issue. “Kicking Uncle Sam was.”
That night, the UN stopped being a club the West could steer toward its values. “Decolonization” filled the hall with new votes that created a new super majority. The Non-Aligned bloc, much of it Soviet- or Chinese-aligned, now owned the General Assembly. The Security Council still had vetoes. Everywhere else, the new majority could outvote the West at will.
They used the majority on Israel next.
On October 14, 1974, the Assembly invited Yasser Arafat to address it by a vote of 105–4. The PLO he ran was a non-state terrorist organization whose charter called for Israel’s destruction. Two years earlier, its men had murdered Israeli athletes at the Munich Olympics. In fact, Arafat arrived to the UN with the mastermind of that massacre, Ali Hassan Salameh. Arafat wore a holster onto the floor of the “house of peace.” Whether the pistol was still in it on the rostrum was argued the next morning. What was inarguable is that Arafat left the holster visible to make a point.
He never said the word Israel. He called Zionism a form of racism and imperialism that must “ineluctably perish.” He extended a supposed “olive branch,” but only to Jews willing to live under Arab rule after the Jewish state was gone. The chamber gave him a standing ovation. Israel sat out the speech while much of the West simply stayed quiet.
The same coalition then tried to throw Israel out of the UN. Syria and Algeria ran the charge to demand Israel’s expulsion. The Islamic conference at Jeddah endorsed it. It failed only thanks to American pressure, Sadat’s refusal to blow up Sinai peace talks, and African states that refused to copy the South Africa script.
So they passed what they could pass. On November 10, 1975, the General Assembly determined that “Zionism is a form of racism and racial discrimination.” With the automatic anti-Israel majority, the vote was 72–35 with 32 abstentions. Daniel Patrick Moynihan stood up and said the United States “does not acknowledge, will not abide by, will never acquiesce in this infamous act.” The resolution was repealed in 1991 after the Soviet Union collapsed.
The UN was sold as the answer to Nazi atrocities and the Holocaust. By 1975, it was the hall that applauded a man in a gun belt and then declared the Jewish national movement a form of racism because it could not expel the Jewish state. That is a captured majority doing what captured majorities do.

Unlike @AbdulElSayed, I’m an Arab who is actually from Israel. My family lived through the establishment of the state of Israel and what he calls the “Nakba.” The Holocaust was nothing like the events of the “Nakba” where my grandfather was told to flee by Arab leaders (not Jews) so the Arabs could “defeat the Jews.” He refused, and all the Arab residents who stayed were given citizenship. Those who fled, a large number by choice, were not permitted to return, as often happens in war. That is a catastrophe, a “nakba” of their own making. But there was no choice in the Holocaust, there was no citizenship for those who stayed. You are intentionally comparing a war and a genocide. They are not the same.
Your vile attempt to co-opt the largest massacre of the Jewish people in history, the systematic murder of six million people simply because they were Jews, for your own dystopian pro-terror Muslim Brotherhood agenda is despicable. I see through you Abdul. You may be able to fool Western Americans with your garbage, but we know who you really are.
