Let's get something straight. I don't support Trump. I don't support any candidate or president. I find the one who supports ME. Which Candidate /President supports most of what I want? Do I want mass deportation? Yes. Do I want limited abortion? Yes. Do I want to go to war with other countries? No. Trump may be an egotistical loud mouth, but no one else supported ME.

Under the statutes you must intentionally provide false information when applying for a ballot. Based on the information in the record there was an inquiry but no application for a ballot, and no deception of the type necessary to actually obtain a ballot, and an investigatory purpose that does not show an intent to actually commit the crime. This provides very strong arguments either for dismissal or for acquittal of the defendant.
This is going to fail. And you know it.

AP caught spreading massive hoax story
Felibi Biladi Siagha-Coke is a criminal illegal alien from Jamaica convicted of assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence, and insurance fraud. Siagha-Coke claims to have entered the United States in 2009, but DHS tells me they have no record of his entry.
“Siagha-Coke’s applications for a citizenship certificate have been denied multiple times. Siagha-Coke was previously issued a U.S. Passport based on a fraudulent birth certificate and it was revoked following an investigation.
“An immigration judge ordered Siagha-Coke removed from the United States on April 14. He will remain in ICE custody pending removal and will continue to receive due process.

Turns out, checks note, bodycams continue to be undefeated.
NEW: Winter Park police release bodycam after social media claims about child’s soccer game
Winter Park Police responded to a call Saturday from a youth sports director who said the parents of a young player were being disruptive at a local soccer game and asked that they leave the park.
When officers arrived, the parents were already leaving on their own.
Police said the call was treated as a civil matter between the league and the parents.
No one was trespassed.
Officers later helped facilitate communication about refunding the family’s registration costs.
The department said there was never any suggestion the call had anything to do with the child’s on-field talent, despite social media rumors.
