Every book sold helps support Fair Family Justice and our mission to put children first in the family court system.
Too many children lose meaningful relationships with loving parents because of a system that is too often slow, adversarial and open to misuse. We believe family justice should protect children, encourage honesty and ensure good parents remain an active part of their children's lives.
If you'd like to support that mission, please consider buying a copy and sharing it with others.
Together, we can build a family justice system that truly works for children.

The Child Maintenance Service is outdated, unfair and no longer fit for purpose.
It fails to reflect modern shared parenting, relies on outdated financial information and too often fuels conflict instead of supporting children.
It’s time for a complete overhaul of the CMS.

The family courts are not fit for today's families.
They incentivise weaponisation, reward conflict and too often fail the very children they are meant to protect.
Join Fair Family Justice and help us fix this broken system.

Good parents do not weaponise the family court system. But bad parents can, and too often do.
False allegations, misinformation and outright lies should never be rewarded in court. Fair Family Justice exists to change just that!
Family courts are making life-changing decisions about children while too much evidence is allowed to be distorted, exaggerated or fabricated without meaningful consequence.
The family court system was created to protect children and help families resolve disputes. It was never intended to become a weapon.
Yet too many parents tell remarkably similar stories. Delays become tactics. Allegations become strategy. The process itself becomes part of the conflict.
When this happens, children suffer.
Fair Family Justice believes the system must be reformed so that it cannot be used to prolong conflict, punish good parents or damage parent-child relationships.
Family justice should be a shield for children, not a weapon against parents.
Average family court cases take 40–50+ weeks to conclude. Complex cases can drag on for years.
Children grow up while adults wait for hearings.
Justice delayed in family courts often becomes childhood lost.
For many men, losing meaningful contact with their children isn’t just distressing - it’s devastating.
Up to 40% of fathers report suicidal thoughts after separation.
Please follow this page and help support real changes to the family court system that will stop its weaponisation.
False allegations in family court don’t just damage reputations.
They destroy lives.
And too often — they go unpunished.
The family courts aren’t just slow — they’re hurting families. Delayed hearings, inconsistent decisions, and unclear processes leave children stuck in limbo. A broken system creates broken outcomes. It’s time to fix it.
Family courts need mandatory timeframes and real deterrents for committing perjury.
Well done @RupertLowe10
Family breakdown costs the UK £46 BILLION every year. That’s more than our defence budget. Imagine what we could save by supporting fathers and stable families. #SocialCost #FathersMatter
