Both landlords and tenants deserve fairness, but no one should feel trapped in a lease with constantly changing terms or fear losing their home without proper protections.
🏠 Everyone deserves to feel secure in the place they call home.
Lansing’s homelessness and housing crisis is already too serious to allow housing insecurity to grow. We need fair policies that protect renters, respect property owners, and help keep people housed.
